Wellness Road Psychology Welcomes Kellie-Marie Cassidy, LMHC

We are excited to welcome Kellie-Marie Cassidy, LMHC, to the team at Wellness Road Psychology.

Kellie is a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and creating a space where clients feel genuinely safe, supported, and understood.

At the core of Kellie’s work is person centered therapy, meaning each client’s goals, experiences, and values guide the therapeutic process. She believes therapy should not only provide emotional support, but also offer practical tools that clients can apply in everyday life.

Kellie integrates several evidence based therapeutic approaches into her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Through these modalities, she helps clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

One of the foundations of Kellie’s approach is helping clients explore their personal “why” — understanding the deeper motivations, values, and experiences that shape their lives. Together, clients and therapist develop realistic strategies that support emotional growth while fitting naturally into daily routines and long term goals.

Kellie recognizes that healing and personal growth happen at an individual pace. Whether someone is working through past experiences, adjusting to a major life transition, or facing current emotional challenges, she strives to provide a steady and supportive therapeutic relationship throughout the process.

We are proud to have Kellie-Marie Cassidy join Wellness Road Psychology and look forward to the compassionate care and expertise she brings to our community.
