Hi! My name is Emma. I’m a psychotherapist dedicated to providing a genuine, nonjudgmental, and fun (!) space where my clients can explore who they are and who they want to be. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College’s School of Education.
I offer a person-centered, integrative approach to counseling, drawing from humanistic, relational, and strengths-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs. Throughout my training, I have supported children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in identity exploration. I take an empowerment-focused approach, helping clients identify their strengths and recognize their capacity for growth and healing. I also specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming care for adolescents and young adults.
In session, I bring authenticity and a sense of humor, while creating space for deeper reflection. I support my clients in developing insight, recognizing patterns, and making intentional choices that align with their values and vision for meaningful change.
