About Morgan Landgren, LCSW

Morgan Landgren is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who supports clients navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use. She earned her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Substance Abuse from the University of Utah and has worked in both outpatient and residential treatment settings. Morgan has experience working with adolescents and adults and is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is currently pursuing certification through EMDRIA. Morgan also specializes in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals struggling with OCD. Her approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and focused on fostering meaningful change and connection.

Outside of therapy, Morgan enjoys running, golfing, yoga, building Legos, playing pickleball, and spending time with her beloved corgi, Ash. She is based in Austin, Texas, and offers virtual therapy to clients in both Texas and Utah.She believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She provides a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while considering the broader context of relationships, environment, and personal history. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and move toward healing.

Morgan’s process is collaborative, flexible, and personalized. Early sessions focus on building trust and understanding each client’s unique story and goals. Whether clients are seeking structured tools or simply space to reflect, Morgan adapts each session to meet their evolving needs—ensuring therapy remains a meaningful and empowering journey.
