I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, providing trauma-informed care and addressing the unique challenges of living between cultures. As a first-generation woman, I deeply understand the weight of balancing family expectations while striving to carve your own path. Juggling who you are versus who the world thinks you should be can be exhausting—I’ve been there.
