About Mia Wajnrajch
With experience in outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric care, and private practice, I help teens to middle-aged adults navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, build self-esteem, and address unwanted behaviors.
Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I take a client-centered approach—meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique needs.
Sessions are a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whether discussing what’s on your mind or working toward your goals, I provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered.
I believe that all pain deserves to be met with empathy, allowing true healing to take place.
Let’s take this journey together.
